Giving back is huge part of why Elisa and Bobby started ArcLight Pictures and they were quickly blessed with the perfect opportunity when the incredible Desha Bymers-Davis decided to launch 100+ Women Who Care Tucson. She shared her vision with Bobby & Elisa and a Tucson giving legacy was born!
100+ Women is a giving circle of women who come together 4 times a years and make a $100 donation to the charity they all choose. Years later Desha has built 100+ Women Tucson to 300 members!

100+ Women Who Care Tucson, Who We Are
As founding members, Elisa & Bobby donate their time in two ways. First they create a video that showcases each charity and let's the members know how their donation is helping that non-profit organization. Second they use their talents in audio and video event production by setting up and working each membership meeting at the Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Arizona. They not only provide all the sound and video equipment but they, themselves provide on-site production for each event.
